航运市场点评

  供求失衡早已是航运业的老生常谈。金融危机爆发以来的数年间,运力过剩已成为一大烦疾,久留不去。从表象上看,一方面运力投入大大超过了市场需求,另一方面则是船舶愈造愈大。仅集装箱船而言,两年里从10000TEU型,一路攀升,13000TEU型、16000TEU型,再到18000TEU型,你追我赶,争大创多,甚至接连下了20艘巨无霸船的订单。如此“大手笔”,即使或在一二年后进入营运行列,但也放大了人们对市场运力过剩的预期。

眼下虽无人对2013年后交付的超巨无霸新船大举进入航线市场会产生怎样的变化作过测算,可是眼下湾水闲置的运力大批“解禁”后对市场的压力已十分凸显。虽然今年上半年贸易量的增长预测平均为8%,但在运力严重过剩的情势下,运价下跌不可避免,从而加剧航运业艰辛的市况。改变与解决供求关系的矛盾,恐非短期内能奏效,但也不是完全无招,在金融危机最沉重时期,航运业共赴时艰,同减运力,力挽狂澜,谷底起复,扭亏为盈,便是一个明证。
